Return & Exchange Policy – Totwoo Bracelets

We offer a 14-day return policy from the date of delivery only if the item has not been used or unsealed. A shipping and handling fee of AED 50 will be deducted from the refund amount.

Important Conditions:

• The item must be completely unused, in its original sealed packaging, and in the same condition as received.

• Returns are not accepted if the bracelet has been opened or used, unless it is defective.

Defective Products

If your Totwoo bracelet is not working, you may request a return or replacement only if:

• You provide a clear video showing the issue.

• The video must display both bracelets placed next to each other, each connected to a separate phone.

• The video must clearly show that no vibration or response occurs from one bracelet when a signal is sent from the other.

Note: Do not return any item without prior confirmation. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
